Registration is open now sto the 5 th National Short Story Competition RCN & Ministry of Education 2011. This time the competition will pay tribute to the writer Manuel Mejía Vallejo. Registration will be open until next June 19 through the portal Colombia Learns: www.colombiaaprende.edu.co
