Tribute on the 80th anniversary of the Second English Republic and all victims of the Franco regime in Huelva
Posted on April 16, 2011 by Forum for Memory of Huelva on Saturday April 16 was held in Huelva tribute to commemorate the 80 anniversary of the Second Republic and all victims of the Franco regime in Huelva, which consisted of a tour of the places where they killed thousands of people to defend freedom, justice and equality. The event was well attended despite being on the eve of holidays. At 11am. the morning began the tribute, being the first concentration Huelva cemetery which honored more than 5,000 Republicans who lie buried in three mass graves in the cemetery. It was also reported that forgetfulness has helped us to live in a society with a low profile democratic, with a monarchy imposed by the dictatorship and a democracy agreed with the powers and, therefore, controlled. That were judged martialed and sentenced to death. Also wanted to make clear the rejection of all those attending the 1977 Amnesty Law and the Law, 2007 Call Report which currently constitute the legal basis supporting the impunity of crimes and criminals Franco.
